Social Media Disclaimer in regards to our employees and or representatives.  

The viewpoints of any of our team members does not reflect the views of our event/company. We are here to craft To The Moon Expo as a safe space for attendees under any umbrella, viewpoints, religion, political interests, etc. Not one person is exactly the same, everyone has different views and this is part of the reason we all love gaming so much as it breaches cultural barriers and brings everyone together and nothing else matters for that moment in time just the game! The views of our employees and or representatives do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of the company, its affiliates, or management.

While we encourage respectful and responsible use of social media, employees must not share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive company information under any circumstances. Any content posted by employees that could be construed as representing the company must be approved in writing by management.

Employees are reminded that their conduct on social media, even on personal accounts, can reflect on the company. Any breach of this disclaimer or our internal social media policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
